Individual Coaching

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership between a coach and a client that inspires imagination, potential, productivity, wellness, health and leadership. You may have a health concern. You may have a goal you want to achieve. You may want to increase your overall life satisfaction.

By focusing on 5 pillars, you can increase stability and satisfaction. The 5 Pillars include:

Wisdom: Wisdom is defined as the "soundness of an action or decision with regard to the application of experience, knowledge and good judgement.

Stature: Stature refers to the level of respect with which the person is regarded. In short....their reputation.

Faith: The faith journey examines your relationship with God.

Social: This Pillar is all about relationships, community and fun.

Heart: The heart in the centre of the logo represents your health, both physical and mental wellness.

Each of the 5 Pillars covers a broad variety of concerns, goals and facets of your life. The individual coaching sessions will allow you to have a say, to help direct the conversation and to dive deeper into what is important to you.

This is a monthly subscription that includes email support between sessions. Clients from the Slow the Spin Program have found it helpful to be able to continue with the individual coaching.

Slow the Spin 90 Day Program

Our lives are shaped by a collections of seasons. Some seasons are filled with joy, and prosperity, and our futures seem bright. Other seasons are darker and more stormy, and our futures are filled with uncertainty. These seasonal shifts are normal but we may struggle as we pass through them.

We may go through a series of seasons in a relatively short time. You may be in one season, and a call from the doctor could begin a new season of medical tests, appointments, hospitalization, and treatments. Along with your calendar being thrown into upheaval, your thoughts and emotions are now in turmoil.  You may be experiencing anger, fear, frustration, stress, betrayal and sadness.

You may feel frozen in one spot, overwhelmed by all that is happening, everything out of control, and your whole world spinning wildly. And all you want is one moment. One moment to breathe. One moment to think clearly. One moment to shut out all the noise, the demands, the invasions. No matter what your diagnosis, your life may never be the same and you need to find a new normal.

The Slow the Spin coaching program is designed to help you regain control by building healthy foundational changes and habits that will keep up your energy, minimize stress, and nourish your body, while you recreate your life.
